Heist Connection is a downtempo electronica album which features many callbacks to retro film scores composed by the likes of Jerry Goldsmith, John Barry, and David Shire while maintaining a dark chillout vibe throughout.
This very well could be a downtempo / trip-hop soundtrack to a heist film which doesn't exist and a release that any fan of the genre or the likes of Portishead and Thievery Corporation should not be without.
This album was originally released in 2008 as The Vegas Chronicles and has since been remastered and featured here as an all new (and re-branded) 20 minute EP release by veteran video game composer Rich Douglas.
